In case you didn't already know, Chelsie is a fantastic makeup artist. Seriously, just look at her perfectly blended shadow. 99.9% of the time I'm only rocking some moisturizer so you probably wouldn't guess that I LOVE makeup, but I'm the #1 fan of embracing and enhancing what you already have!
